Tuesday I had an appointment with my GP to get the result of the tests. I was gratified to discover that they are greatly improved on 4 years ago, at which time I was waiting for surgery and very unwell. Even the 'bad' cholesterol is at an acceptable level. I have only 4 bare root roses still waiting to be planted now, and we have rain predicted for the next few days which should help to settle in the roses that are already in the ground.
